9th July 2006 Windsurfing: Brogborough Wind Direction: ssw Wind Stength: 15 - 30 mph + Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered: Leg feeling a bit better today after taking lots of painkillers Looking like quite bit of wind but a bit up and down went out on 112 lt board and 7m sail, not quite enough so 7m on 150lt board just enough for a few runs. Then someone flicked a switch well powered up on 7m and 112 lt board not many gybes today as leg a bit tender. The wind increased more and more just couldn\'t hold the 7m anymore(the waist harness didn\'t help but my seat harness doesn\'t fit with the summer suit, too much biking lost a bit of the waist spare tyre) The wind settled down at about 25-30mph so could of gone out on the 5.3 but I was suffering with cramps in the thighs so called it aday. Only 3 stars as the mind was willing but the body was unable |
